The only ferryboat services provided along the Ohechi Route

Ago-no-Watashi Ferry, which provides the only ferryboat services to cross a river along the Ohechi Route, is located at the approach to Hotoke-zaka Slope. Visitors can cross the clear stream of the Hiki-gawa River on a traditional Japanese riverboat. Ferry services can be provided by reservation at 500 yen per person. Please make a reservation with the Ohechi Ago Ferry Preservation Association (0739-53-0194) by three days in advance.
