潮見峠の三体月観月会
Looking for the fantastic "three moons"
Nakahechi-cho Tourism Association hosts a moon–viewing party on November 23 (by the old lunar calendar) at Shiomi-toge Pass along the Kumano Kodo. The event is held based on a legend that says the last quarter moon rising over the mountains was once seen as three objects. Many people participate in the event, looking for a fantastic experience late at night in winter.
